Government's responsibility of the political operation for the people's livelihood

The human-oriented view of people's livelihood has become the Party and government's value orientation and the highest ruling standards.The people's livelihood political operation has already become a new political concept.It is the government's political responsibility to guarantee and improve the people's livelihood,and the government should promote economic and social development with a new inclusiveness idea,making and implementing a public policy which is oriented to the people's livelihood.Besides,the government should also provide a political system guarantee for the operation of people's livelihood,make efforts to promote the social management innovation of the rights of people's livelihood in the ways of people's rights,and put the people's livelihood index into the government performance appraisal system.
