The Construction of Responsible Government in the Perspective of People's Livelihood

The problem of people's livelihood is not only a universal topic in all civilizations but also one of the most fundamental issues in the development of a state. Since a takes the people's interest as both the starting point and the ultimate goal,it must be responsible for the task of caring,emphasizing,safeguarding and improving the people's livelihood. To solve problems of people's livelihood,it is necessary for the govern-ment to hold the right orientation of responsibility. Furthermore,a good government ,which is sunny,limited,rule-of-law,credible,caring,democratic,self-disciplined,harmonious and service-oriented ,must be established.
