The Value of Determination of Serum TSH,TPOAb and TRAb in Patients with Thyroid Diseases

To explore the value of measurement of thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb) and thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor antibody(TRAb) in Hypothyroid Disease.The serum levels of TSH,TPOAb and TRAb in 44 cases of Graves,Disease(GD),29 cases of Hashimoto's thyroidities(HT),26 cases of subacute thyroiditis and 26 normal controls were measured by ECLIA.The results showed that the serum levels of TSH,TPOAb and TRAb in all patients were significant higher than that of normal controls(P0.01).The serum levels and positive rates of TPOAb in patients with HT were significantly higher than those in GD;the serum levels and positive rates of TRAb in patients with GD were significantly higher than those in HT(P0.05).The serum TSH is very sensitive and special parameter of the function of the hypothyroidism.The comprehensive analysis of TPOAb and TRAb might be helpful in the differential diagnosis between GD and HT.
