Abstract

Objective To analyse CT imaging features of lacunar infarction and the clinical features,and to provide help for diagnosis and treatment for the disease.Method The clinical and CT statistical data of 175 cases of lacunar infarction patients in Tsinghua University hospital was analysed.Results The ratio of gender was 1.5∶1;There were 73.2% in 60～79 years male;The more occurrence places were the basal ganglia and semi-oval center in the brain.Conclusion The focal point of lacunar infarction in CT should be pay close attention on 60～79 years male.
