CT on the Diagnosis of Lacunar Infarction

Objective CT diagnosis of lacunar infarction,to explore its diagnostic value and therapeutic effect.Methods 164 patients with stroke in patients undergoing head CT scan.Results CT diagnosis of 117 patients with lacunar infarction and found that 158of lacunar lesions,81 cases of single lesion,two lesions in 30 patients,three lesions in 4 cases,2 cases of the four lesions,lacunar lesions line by measuring,the shortest,2mm,up,20mm,with 5-15mm is most common.Conclusion CT is the diagnosis of lacunar infarction one of the most specific examination in the diagnosis and therapeutic effect has great application value.;
