Abstract
Lotus leaves Polysaccharides extraction was studied by enzyme-assisted technique. Single factor experiments were conducted to study the etraction effect of different pH, time, temperature, enzyme dosage, ratio of material and liquid, and then optimized conditions was further stuied and gain: enzyme the dosage of 2 mg/g, ratio of solid and liquid 1 ∶ 45, temperature 60 ℃, extraction time 120 min, using the orthogonal design on the basis of single factor tests. The result was 9.66 g/100 g under the conditions.
