On Coordinated Development of Mass Sports and Competitive Sports from the Perspective of Building a Sports Power

Abstract

Useing the literature material method and other methods to probe into relationship between the mass sports and competitive sports.The main conclusion: mass sports is the focus of building a sports power,building new cadre evaluation system and performance management system;Competitive sports is one of the important marks for sports power,promoting competitive sports social function diversification;Adhere to the reform,the overall consideration,perfecting the national system,promoting the construction of the sports power.
