Abstract

Objective In order to early diagnose acute cerebral infarction and have more time in thrombolytic treatment. The laboratory test of acute cerebral infarction were discussed. Methods The exploratory research were done in 209 cases with acute cerebral infarction.von Willebrand factor(vWF),GMP-140,fibnnogen(Fg),AT,PS,PC,tissue-type plasminogenactivator(t-PA)and its inhibitor(PAI-1)in the patients were assayed. Results The concentration of Vwf,GMP-140,Fg,PAI-1 in the patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher than that of normal controls. But AT,PS,PC and t-PA in the patients with acute cereoral infarction were significantly shorter than that of normal controls. Conclusion Acute cerebral infarction were found to have obvious vascular endothelium damage, hypercoagulable tendancy and lowed activities of anticoagulantion and fibrinolysis. That may be involved in the development of acute cerebral infarction.
