Abstract
Objective To study clinical value of the serum lipid(TC,TG,HDL-c and LDL-c)and C reactive protein(CRP) in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Detected 45 patients with coronary heart disease by enzyme method(CHD group)and 40 healthy persons(control group)on blood lipid and CRP levels in fasting serum. Results The serum TC,CHD,LDL-c and CRP levels in CHD group were higher than those in control group, while the HDL-c level lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The level of serum lipids and the detection of CRP can improve the diagn-osis efficiency of the CHD,provides the important basis for the prevention and treatment of CHD.
