Abstract
China is a large agricultural nation that the farmer population occupies the overwhelming majority.Increasing the farmers' income is not only related to the rural economic development and the rural social stability, but also related to the overall interests of economic and social development. In China, the crucial poverty problem is peasants' poverty, while the peasants' poverty stems from the limited land bearing excess labor.Without the transfer of rural surplus labor from the limited land,Chinese farmers can not enrich. So,we need to advance the reform of the rural surplus labor to ensure the smooth transfer of surplus labor.
