Abstract
Objective To investigate the bacteria in the bile of patients with infection of biliary tract and offer a basis for clinical therapy. Methods Anaerobic environment was created by using palladiu catalysis for culture of anaerobic and aerobic bacteria in bile of 178 patients with the tract infection. Results Of the 178 patients,120(67.4%) showed a positive result,in which,7.3% were anaerobic,9.0% aerobe, and 51.1% with both anaerobic and aerobic. The bacteria were isolated in 301 strains,55.8% of which were anaerobic, and 44.2%,aerobe.Conclusion A higher detection of anaerobic bacterium is found in biliary tract infection and mixed infection seen more commonly, suggesting anaerobic infection is responsible for a more important place in this problem.
