Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of sodium ozagrel in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and sixty patients were randomly divided into the treated group(n=80) and the control group(n=80),Sodium Ozagrel in treating the treated-group patients 80mg i.v.gtt.b.i.d.Danshen Injection in treating the control group patients: 20ml i.v.gtt.q.d. Results The total effective rate in the treated group and the cortrol group was 92.5% and 65% respectively, and showed significant difference((P0.01)). Conclusion Ozagrel has definite clinical effect on treating acute cerebral infarction and less adverse reaction.
