Application of Iris Hook in Vitrectomy Operation of Eyes with Small Pupil

Abstract

Objective to explore the safety of iris hook in the vitrectomy operation of eyes with small pupil.Methods All the patients were divided into two groups according to the pupil diameter.The writer observed corneal endothelial,postoperative visual acuity and retinal reposition between January 2000 and December 2005.Results 30 cases of small pupil were followed up for 1 to 24 months.There was no significant difference in normal and contrast group.Conclusion Iris hook in the vitrectomy operation of eyes with small pupil is safe and convenient.
