Abstract
Ingredients of medium and fermentation conditions of Sr. (Syncephalastrum racemosum) was studied in this paper. Experimental results showed that the optimal medium composed of sucrose 20 g/L and peeled potato 200 g/L , initial pH was natural. The 2×10~6 spores of fungus were incubated in 500 mL conical flask with 100 ml liquid cultural medium under 170 r/min for 4 days at 26 ℃ .The mortality rate of nematode showed about 80% in one time dilutedfermentation solution. The Results on fermenter showed that nematicidal rate in one time diluted fermentation solution reached above 95% steadily from 44 h to 52 h during fermentation process. It was found that nematicidal bio-active substances involved organic acids during separating process.
