Curative observations of Bushen Tongluo decoction on nephrotic syndrome

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Bushen Tongluo decoction for nephrotic syndrome.Methods Fifty-six patients with the syndrome were divided into two groups as follows,the curative group with 30 patients and control group with 26,and sAlb,TC,TG and Scr in serum and uNAG and uRBP in urine were determined.Results All the serum indexes,except for Scr,were changed obviously after treatment in both groups,and the differences between the two groups were significant(P0.01 or P0.05);and the indexes in urine were similar to that in the serum.Conclusion The effect in the curative group is obviously better than that in control group,which primarily indicates the better future in clinic.
