Abstract
The soy isoflavone aglycone was extracted and purified from soybean residue by N 503 and HCl after C 2H 5 OH extracting. The experimental conditions were optimalized as follows:extrating by using 70% ethanol solvent with ratio of 16∶1 to the soybean residue for 6h,hydrolyzing and extracting for 2h at 30℃.The method is simple and economical with satisfactory recovery and product purity compared with other literature methods.
