Abstract

By field survey method which based on the randomly discussion and questionnaire in rural sports executive staff,the author comes to the conclusion that the main reasons which affected peasant fitness project are financial and field utilization.Besides that,the other reasons are fields and equipments maintenance competently,the rural social sport instructors scarcity,publicity of sports work lack of diversities.
