Analysis of Rural Sports Current Situation of Construction in Hunan Province and Discussion of the Countermeasures

The article researched the present situation of rural sports construction in Hunan province.Concluded that the rural sports construction environment was good,but rural sports construction input was not enough,sports construction foundation was weak,the special sports sites and equipment were lack,the peasant were lack of sports consciousness and organization,the mobility of peasant was large,all such difficulties above were still hindered most rural sports construction in Hunan.Discussed countermeasures of Hunan rural sports construction.Suggested developing rural economy and increasing the funds investment,improving the functions of sports playgrounds and facilities,perfecting the construction of rural sports organization structure,setting up effective management mode with the local custom as foothold,inheriting traditional sports,and at the same time,strengthening the construction of social sports instructor team,and developing the fitness volunteer service,thus promoting the socialist new rural sports construction process in Hunan.
