Abstract
Objective To select efficient method for preparing emodin.Methods Hydrolyze the anthraquinone glycoside first and then separate them by PH gradient extraction,and purify emodin by chromatography at last.Results The crystal was determined as emodin by means of spectra.Conclusion This is a good method to produce pure emodin from R.palmatum.
