Abstract

From the perspectives of theme and form,this paper analyses how Flaubert's Parrot poses questions on representation and claims the plurality of truth and how it builds in itself a multi-dimensional world by means of parody and narrative self-reflexivity. The paper comes to the conclusion that the book is a postmodern text typical of postmodern plurality and playfulness.
