Abstract

The determination method for the content of two kinds of trace element in tea by the wet digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) was established. The content of Cu and Fe in tea samples which are digested by wet method was determined by FAAS. The detection limit of Cu and Fe is 0.2~1.5 μg/mL and 0.3~5.0 μg/mL respectively;correlation coefficient is greater than 0.9980;RSD of Cu and Fe is 2.16% and 0.32% respectively;recovery of Cu and Fe is 98.00%~102.40% and 98.50%~101.35%. This method was successfully utilized to determine the content of Cu and Fe in twenty kinds of tea commercialized in Changchun city.
