Abstract
Objective:To determine the amount of trace elements(Ca,Mg,Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn,Cr,Ni) in Xiefuzhuyu pills by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Method:FAAS was used to determine the contents of Ca,Mg,Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn,Cr,Ni in the Xiefuzhuyu pills.The samples were digested with HNO3-HClO4(4:1) at 140 ℃ under normal pressure.In the meantime,the accuracy and precision on the results were studied.Results:Cr had not been detected in 2 samples,and the detection of limit was 2.1×10-8 g for Cr;The results showed that the recovery of additional standard(n=3) was 96.8%-107.1%,and RSD was 1.1%-5.1%.Conclusion:The method is accurate,rapid and simple.
