Abstract
The jurisprudence in China has its own unique Chinese quality, character and logic in the concept. Because of it, we may conclude that the present or future puzzle that the Jurisprudence in China encounters is stiu the dilemma of modernism. So restating and renovating the connotation of modernism will still be the main topic that the Jurisprudence in China should discuss about in a long time.
