Discussing the Ideas of Jurisprudence of ShenJiaBen

ShenJiaBen,the founder of jurisprudence of China in modern times,accumulated strong basis of traditional jurisprudence in his thirty-year law practice. Meanwhile,he formed his own ideas of jurisprudence with opening thoughts,modestly studying and digesting the theory of jurisprudence of westen modern times.He set up some new ideas in the following fields:the concept?rresource?functions?researching methods?practices of jurisprudence and the relations between law and moral,which have internal differences comparing with ancient jurisprudence of China.These new ideas play important role in changing the conditions of long-standing under-estimating jurisprudence in academic circle,and ignoring education of jurisprudenct.The ideas also promoted further development of jurisprudence of China in modern times.
