Clinical Analysis of 78 Patients with Severe Organophosphate Poisoning

Abstract

Objective: To explore the treatment ways of patients with severe organophosphate poisoning. Methods: The clinical data of 78 patients with severe organophosphate poisoning were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 71 cases were cured and 7 cases died. Conclusions: Applying full dose of atropine promptly, making the patients get altropinization as soon as possible, observing the patients as carefully as possible, and using breathing machine in time may increase the survival rate of patients with severe organophosphate poisoning.
