Abstract
Based on the optimized TRI-FACTORS THEROY a inspiration model for high-level talents in colleges is constructed combining with the characteristics of and individuals,which analyzes the operation and feedback mechanism between the subject of motivation and the object of motivation,and describes the law of motion among incentive factors,assuming that the motivation questions should be regarded as an integrated organizations and employees system.The inspiration effect is to some largely degree depended on motivation opportunity,frequency and orientation.
