Abstract

This paper detailed analysis the ideological content of the three terms of modernity,modernization and construction of the modernization,which pointing out the logical relationship between them.The author believes that modernization is a philosophical concept,represents an ideological and cultural values,and modernization is a sociological concept,represents a social process of modernization is a concept in political science,represents a policy.Three concepts that have differentiated contact,specific issues in the analysis to see the logical progression of their relationship and avoid superficial.
