Abstract
Using benzaldehyde and acetic anhydride as raw materials, cinnamie acid was synthesized under heating and presence of catalyst.By orthogonal test, the best reaction conditions were determined, anhydrous potassium carbonate was used as catalyst and the dosage was 0.02 mol,the ratio of aldehyde to anhydride was 1 to 1.5,the reaction time was 105 min,the yield of cimamie acid can reach 68 %.
