The clinical research of microwave treat to bronchial tuberculosis checked with fiberoptic bronchoscopy

Objective To discuss the clinical value of microwave treat to bronchial tuberculosis with fiberoptic bronchoscopy. MethodsWith the retrospective analysis of 63 cases of bronchial tuberculosis had been treated with microwave after diagnostic accuracy of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in my hospital from May 1997 to May 2004.Results 53 among 63 cases were in diagnostic mistake before fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination, which stands 85.7 percent. After 1-3 times treatment with adding microwave treat on whole and partial bodies had been cured by pharmaceuticals after diagnostic accuracy, tension rate was 92.9% in 28 cases of atelectasis, 23 cases of blocking pneumonia had been cured. The re-tension rate among 12 cases of atelectasis was 66.7%. In the end of treatment, phlegm fungus turned to the feminine. The total cured rate was 90.5%. During the treatment to 6 cases, the pain or slight pain in chest comes to disappeared in 1-2 days.Conclusion With the microwave treatment to bronchial tuberculosis checked with fiberoptic bronchoscopy, the cured rate is high and the complication is less. It is not easy to recur and the microwave treatment is worth extending.
