Abstract
Objective :To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin and hesperidin in Guanmaikang(traditional Chinese medicines)tablet. Methods :The analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil ODS C18column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)at 25 ℃,using acetonitrile-4.0% acetic acid solution(25 :80)as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.Results :The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.36-5.76 μg and 0.006-0.096 μg for paeoniflorin and hesperidin, the average recoveries were 97.4%(RSD=1.09%)and 97.0%(RSD=1.21%) for paeoniflorin and hesperidin respectively. Conclusions :This method is convenient, accurate, reproducible and could be used to control the quality of Guanmaikang tablet.
