The clinical observation of four drug combination in the treatment of senile constipation in 30 cases

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of four drug combination in the treatment of senile constipation.Methods Sixty cases with constipation patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases by medical order.The treatment group was given four drug combination,control group was given Maren capsule,the period of treatment were 4 weeks,cured+effective=total effective,the total effective rate of the two groups were compared by the χ2 test.Results The cure in 17 cases,effective in 11 cases,invalid in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group;10 cases were cured,effective in 9 cases,invalid in 11 cases,the total effective rate was 63.33% in the control group;The total effective rate in treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Four drug combination is significant effective at healing senile constipation.
