Effect of Ivermectin on Deworming Endoparasite and Ectoparasite in Deer with Antler

Abstract

The experiment of deworming endoparasite and ectoparasite in the deer with antler was conducted by ivermectin.The results showed that the deworming rate was 100% while oral ivermectin given in a dose 17.5mg/kg three times for 14 days per a sheep with 55～65kg,or 2.5% ivermectin solution given in a dose 1.1～1.2mL/kg by in tramuscular injection two times for ten days,suggesting that the deworming endoparasite and ectoparasite in the deer with antler was safe and good result by ivermectin.
