Abstract
The construction of course system of people's quality education in technology colleges is based on the effective people's quality education which ensures the possession and improvement of the people's quality for the students and ensure to perfect the development of the social psychology and personality of students.For this we must give prominence to the concept of people oriented and establish the necessary systematical guarantee.
