On the Farmers' Problems and the Modernization

Abstract
With the overall spread of reform and development of the farming economy, the farms' life of material and culture has improved apparently, and their mind and opinion of value has had a profound transition through the reform. But there are still many problems unsolved at present .It is necessary to solve the farmers' problems rapidly for adapting the requirement of modernization construction in the new period of establishing the socialist-market economy system.
