The problems of farmers in modernization

The problems of farmers in the process of modernization will be finally solved when the urbanization in a country is fully realized. The change of farmers in West Europe and Latin America has been influenced by the peculiar historical and environmental conditions while the autarkical small - scale farming in the eastern Asia has brought less suffering that farmers had to bear in the process of modernization, which,as it were,can be taken as our reference. In order to solve the problems of farmers in present China, a new line of thinking is needed. The solution of famers should be considered against the background of urbanization. The focus on solving the problems should now properly directed to the individuals and society, not to the government and office- holders.
