Abstract
Objective: To study the pathogenesis,clinical features and treatment of the middle-aged and young cerebral infarction in order to arouse the awareness of prevention and treatment of the cerebral infarction.Method: To analyze the clinical data of 86 cases of the middle-aged and young cerebral infarction.Result: 68 out of 86 cases of the middle-aged and young cerebral infarction have been cured,17 cases improved.One case has stayed unchanged and deaths.Conclusion: It is important to make early diagnosis and treatment,to carry out the health education for the middle-aged and young group,and to improve the life style.In this way,the incidence of cerebral infarction can be reduced by early prevention of their primary disease in view of the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction.
