A Follow-up Study in treating acute cerebral infarction patients:A report of 124 cases

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and clinical therapy of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Cases with acute cerebral infarction patients who were hospitalized in the hospital in the past seven years were gathered and analysed retrospectively. Results Clinical symptom and sign were not enough to diagnose the a-cute cerebral infarction, while prevention should be the dominant means. The current effect of the acute cerebral infarction treatment was not satisfactory. Conclusion Clinical diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction is not credible. The definite diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction must rely on the CT and MRI. The treatment with acute cerebral infarction remains explored further. Diminution of the risk factors can reduce chances attack.
