Atorvastatin Clinical Efficacy and Safety Explore Statin plus Fenofibrate Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective To investigate the atorvastatin statin plus fenofibrate clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome.Methods Hospital Cardiology,treated 90 patients with acute coronary syndrome,treatment is divided into observation group and control group,the control group using a single drug atorvastatin statin treatment,the observation group on the basis of the control group plus atorvastatin,one year of continuous treatment,the two groups were compared lipid changes and cardiovascular events.Results Observation group were significantly improved lipid parameters,a low incidence of adverse cardiovascular events compared with the control group of patients was statistically significant(P0.05) difference.Conclusion Atorvastatin statin plus fenofibrate significant clinical efficacy for the treatment of acute coronary syndrome,the two drugs have a synergistic,with good security.
