Abstract

In the new century,it is requested that leading cadres of all levels develop and improve the abilities of strategic thinking.Therefore,they must lift their own philosophic accomplishment,improve their abilities of dialectical thinking,and enrich and accumulate enough knowledge as reference material.What's more,they should uphold and be bold in practice and improve the ability of strategic thinking practically.
