Abstract
Due to the complexity of the rural reality and young cadres and their ability and experience of the restrictions, it is practical urgency for the township of young cadres to improve their own ability of strategic thinking. To learn through practice and their own efforts to take full advantage of a wide range of resources, they can improve all-round strategic planning capacity and ability, so as to grasp the situation and improve the capacity of scientific prediction.
