Abstract

Objective To investigate the combined trabeculectomy treatment of primary glaucoma. Methods Underwent surgery in our hospital 57 patients with primary glaucoma(76 eyes)were divided into treatment group(combined trabeculectomy group)40 and the control group(trabeculectomy group)36.Comparison of postoperative shallow anterior chamber, bleb, intraocular pressure changes and other indicators. Results Success rate of surgical treatment group(87.5%)was significantly higher(63.9%),the difference was significant(P0.05),after the treatment group,7.5% incidence of shallow anterior chamber was significantly lower than the control group(33.3%)(P0.05).The treatment group the incidence of functional filtering bleb was 85.0% compared 83.3% in the control group, had no significant difference(P0.05).After 6 months and 1 year treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant(all P0.05).Conclusion The composite primary glaucoma trabeculectomy taken, shallow anterior chamber and low intraocular pressure after the low incidence of clinical recognition.
