Abstract

A well-off society is the words used by that DENG Xiao-ping to describe China's modernization, which refers to a harmonious society of overall development of economy, politics and culture. After China has entered the new age of a well-off society, the leadership of new generation put forward the scientific concept of development, which is the development of DENG Xiao-ping theory of a well-off society, and also inherits and enriches Marxist concept of development.
