Abstract

Since 1900's,the development of scientific technology has laid a basis for the birth of Deng Xiao-ping's theories.Deng Xiao-ping pays high attention to the role of scientific technology in the development of economy and society,proposing that scientific technology is the first productivity.Some of Deng Xiao-ping's views as liberating ideology,being honest and system reform have a close relationship with the development of scientific development.
