Abstract

Objective To determine matrine content in Xiaoyan Zhililing tablets;Methods Phenomenex Luna NH2(5μm,250mm×4.6mm ) unlalytical column was used;mobile phase as acetonitril-ethanol-3% phosphoric acid(80∶10∶10),detection wavelength at 220nm.Results The linear range of matrine content determination was from 0.25 μg～8 μg,r = 0.999 3.The recovery of the added sample was 97.6%,RSD was 1.6%.Conclusion The method was simple,sensitive,accurate and be used as one of method for quality control of this preparation.
