Abstract
The application of immobilized lipase Ljpozyme RM IM in the partial ethanolysis of fish oil to enrich EPA and DHA was studied. And the influence factors to reaction, including the molar ratio of fish oil to ethanol, the enzyme dosage, were discussed. Under the optimum conditions, the total content of EPA and DHA was improved from 26.1% to 43 % with yield above 75 % for both fatty acids. After molecular distillation purification of ethanolysis product of fish oil, the acylglycerol type of fish oil with high content of EPA and DHA was obtained.
