Abstract

China is now in a rapid industrialization stage,requiring a big demand of mineral resources.This paper, based on the scientific views of development,discusses how to mitigate the shortage in mineral resources,based on the consumption of mineral resources,sets up a scientific view on mineral resources,analyzes the reasonable resources allocation,resources benefits and resources strategy,and presents approaches including saving mineral resources, finding mineral potentials,optimizing mineral resources pricing mechanism and mining overseas.
