Abstract

Objective To evaluate the different imaging test in the diagnostic of subclavian steal syndrome. Methods TCD and ultrasound were performed in 12 cases of SSS comparing with DSA.Results In 12 cases,6 had steal stage Ⅰ;4 had steal steageⅡ;2 had steal steage Ⅲ,9 cases had been confirmed by DSA.Conclusion TCD combining ultrasound can effectively evaluate the stenosis degree of SSS cases and conform to DSA.
