Abstract

A pot-culture experiment was conducted to study the effect of different nitrogen forms on nitrogen metabolism and accumulation in peanut variety Huayu 22 by 15N isotope trace technique. The results showed that the activity of nitrate reductase(NR),glutamine synthelase(GS) and glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH) were greatly promoted by CONH2-N.The activity of NR promoted by NO-3-N was lower than that promoted by CONH2-N,but was much higher than that promoted by NH+4-N.The promotion of NH+4-N mixed with NO-3-N to NR was between that of NO-3-N and NH+4-N.The advantaged effects of NH+4-N treatment on GS and GDH were lower compared to CONH2-N,while it was visibly higher than that of NH+4-N mixed with NO-3-N and NO-3-N.The nitrogen accumulations were markedly affected by nitrogen forms. The differences among nitrogen forms were CONH2-N NH+4-N NH+4-N+NO-3-N NO-3-N.This study indicated that CONH2-N was benefit to nitrogen metabolism and accumulation in peanut.
