Abstract
The effect of nitrogen forms on the nitrogen metabolism was significant.Contents of nitrate nitrogen in spinach shoot and root linear increased with the NH4+-N/ NO3——N ratio, meanwhile, content of ammonium in root decreased sharply.Contents of ammonium nitrogen in shoot among varying treatments were not significantly difference.Effects of NH4+-N/ NO3-N ratio on the contents of nitrogen in all spinach organs were slight.Nitrogen accumulation in spinach plant increased with the decrease of NH4+-N/ NO3——N ratio.
