Abstract
The literature concept of Shang Jun Shu stands for Shang Yang′s thought.It is raised during the course of criticizing Confucianism.It includes the negation of Confucian cultural books,the activities of spreading and embracing Confucian culture.Although it neglects Confucian function on creating social ethics and humanism,it promotes the ancient literature concept to change its direction and separate from politics.
